Truworths must start employing people who do their jobs 100%, I have been logging complaints and the responses that I received from Lynn and Charmaine were irrelevant and full of *******, instead of them addressing my complaints, they focus on attending to matters that I never raised, lately I lodged a complain, and instead of them addressing my complain, Charmaine decided to change my contact details (Cellphone Numbers & email address) on their system, even though I never requested for my details to be updated, and thereafter she just responds on my complain telling me that my account is overdue and I need to pay first before they can adjust my installment, funny part is that I lodged that complain before the account was overdue, so they ignored my complain and waited for the account to be overdue first then they gave me a **** response afterwards. These 2 *********** ladies are being paid for not doing their jobs. In one of my complaints, Lynn advised me that the installment is not going to be adjusted, then the next thing Charmaine tells me that it can be adjusted only if I pay what's overdue, where's consistency? I really need to have serious discussions with your Line Managers
