Been requesting a statement for my account with Truworths for months now. Being told I'm handed over to a debtors company. They provide me with their number but the debtors company is forever unavailable. Now I'm left with the bad name on my credit record as if I don't wanna pay.

But in actual fact I don't know where to pay with what reference and how much.
