I have requested for a settlement letter from truworths i called them the agent said the letter was emailed to me an hour ago, the other consultant stated the letter will take 10-22 days for a settlement letter Truworths..come on now i need the letter for a home loan application. It is businesses like you who give us a bad name in South Africa.
