Incompetence and bad quality clothes

I have been with Truworths for more than 15 years.

Recently due to what I perceive as incomitance and "street like" bad quality of their clothes, I was forced to have to waste patrol money, time and resources to exchange an item not only because one it was the wrong size and two, the quality of the item was that of a street vendor.

This is bad, I do not think they deserve my services anymore
