Incessantly annoying calls and messages at inconvenient times
I am so angry at these calls...late at night ...1st on my landline then cellfone...from another person!! ***!! Then the height of everything...after payment is made...a call to remind me of my payment to be made!!????? please make them stop...I want to close this account...

We can confirm that at Truworths we are fully compliant with the Debt Collectors Act 114 of 1998, which states that we may make telephone calls for the purpose of outstanding payment of a debt up until 21h00 in the evening, from Monday to Saturday.
