***** in Truworths account

I paid up my account about a year ago. Now I’m being told I owe R2800 which I dn,t know of please fix this issue because I never purchased anything with Truworths since this year. I app**** for a card I never got 2 times now I’m being told I have a card that i dn,t know of … it shows that our personal informations is mishandled , a store that cannot spot *****sters . I would like to close that account please seriously cannot trust them. I’m a student now how amI supposed to. Pay. Such an amount..sort this out. I want my name to be cleared. I’m suspecting an inside job these employees of their needs to Investigated. ..
