Improved service, good

Recently I complained about service at truworrhs in vangate mall for ignoring people on wheelchair their service was extremely unacceptable, manager called me to hear the complaint, yesterday I went back with my mom again to pay her account and I was ready to take a video this time , I must say the service was much better the manager or supervisor was there when she saw us she came greeted and said we will be assisted, that was so professional I never wanted their workers to jump when they see us or remove someone they assisting already what ****ed me off was to stand long there and the wheel chair that was before us was complaining about the wait, al in all on 4 Feb 2021 time was past 17h00 , the manager was there gave us good service , well done truworrhs for making us your customers proud to shop there , my complain was not ignored, thank you for being part of recognizing disabled people , we can be an example to the world , good service
