Impressive Customer Service at Bridge City Truworths Durban

<p>I finally have the opportunity to actually get here and post about the impressive service I received from Truworths in Bridge City Mall, Durban this past Tuesday, the 22nd of November, 2016.</p> <p> </p> <p>It is not easy preparing for an events such as a wedding. Your stress levels are at their all-time high, time and patience are luxuries you do not have. Everything needs to be done and needs to be done accordingly and immediately.</p> <p> </p> <p>With the wedding now over and I can now reflect. Looking at things in hindsight, it would be a shame if I did not compliment the service I received from a young gentleman, Lungelo when at Truworths. </p> <p> </p> <p>I was very edgy and rather impatient yet his approach allowed me to be calm as he attended to what exactly I was looking for. Plus, it was a good thing he has style as he was able to help me choose a really good outfit. </p> <p> </p> <p>He went to tell me a little about Truworths and asked if I wanted to open an account with the shop. His patience, calmness, knowledge about Truworths (including its Accounts policies) and all-round excellent customer service I really made consider opening an account with the shop.</p> <p> </p> <p>Excellent service indeed!</p>
