I'm so hurt and disappointed never thought they could be like these been their customer for years

I'm so disappointed with Truworths Germiston service the cellphone was bought last year Feb which has 24 months warranty but they couldn't help us telling us the phone no longer has warranty when we ask how cause it's written 24 months on the slip they said we should go buy the battery at Vodacom shop or MTN then I asked wanting to know what does the warranty cover if we have to go spend money elsewhere to get the help we need. Nkule gave us attitude and I tried calling head office they said we should go to the shop I explained my frustrations but they didn't take it. I always say Game is the best shop to buy a cellphone these other shops should learn customer service from them.
