I'm been Harassed for an overdue account, which doesn't belong to me.

I am truly grateful I have never opened an account at this company with that said, I have received several emails from this companies debt management collectors for a person who is to say the lease enjoying his hassle free life because they harassing me about there clients account. I have spoken to them about the false account details supp**** by their client and they assured me that they would remove my personal details from the account yet the harassment continues. I can't believe that in this age that there are no verification methods in place to confirm that the details supp**** by potential new customers are correct. This company needs to ensure that the information supp**** by new customers are not random letters just filling the application process forms. How can you recover any credit debt if you don't have the correct details. Ref***.
