Ill treatment by trueworth customer services

I were contacted by one of Truworth employee regards my account.it was at 16:18 using the number " ********** ". She told me to do a debit order which was a must, i refused i told her ill pay my account at one of the stores and she insisted what suprised me was how did she know which bank I bank with because ive never shared those details with any trueworth related pupil. At almost the end of our conversation she said and I quote "dont act like a dumb ass" and she hangedup while I ask her that did she just said im a dimb ass.
