Ill-disciplined shop

I would like to thank Truwroths for giving me a reason to close my account with them. I've held an acount with them for many years and have been paying my account well until I was in arrears with an amount of R30.00. the agents phone me everyday, more than 4 times each day. i receive smss to remind me i am owing R30.00 in arrears. i receive emails everyday to remind me that my account is in arrears with R30.00. It hasn't been even 30 days. i am super ****ed off and infuriated by this conduct. Normally when people owe any account anywhere they are notified once or twice. this hounding from this shop has put me so off i can not wait to pay my balance and close this account down.

i have purchased pairs of shoes from this shop, both were a disappointment. a pair of heels with lose tips and the whole thing come out when i walk i had to take the shoes back and was given new ones but that pair was worse than the previous one. the tips of the heels were coming off i had to take the shoes to a repair at my cost. i bought a pair of black suede ankle boots. higher disppointment, the suede is ****. it's peeling off and now my boots have shades of grey. this was 3 years ago; i haven't purchased any high heel shoe at this store as they are letdowns.

it did cross mymind to cancel the account with this retailer when i purchased a navy top which after one wash was alsmost grey, like some cheap item from one of the items at the chinese shops all over the streets of this country. but i thought maybe it's just one of those things with a material of clothing items.

with this sort of business conduct and their agents who phone everyday and give me attitude that i can npt expect them to see a EFT payment 72 after it was made; i must know that my credit facility has been suspended and my payment behavior has been handed to a credit bureau. i am so sure that i no longer want to be a customer of Truworths. i can not have such treatment just for a R30.00 in arrears. I imagine what would it be like if i owed R3000.00. means i would've had a sheriff knocking at my office and home with a summon.

Thank you but no thanks, i don't wish to associate myself with such behavior.
