Ignorent behaviour

Truworths is the only company I know about, where you doesn't get recognition for paying more than your instalment. If my instalment is lets say R800, and I have extra money this month and then pay R3000, I still have to pay another instalment next month. If not, I am in arrears. What ****e$ me off the most, is the phone calls and SMS's I am getting on a daily basis regarding my "arrears" and top of it, threats in the line of "Further action and losing credibility". It doesn't matter how many times and to how many people I speak to, things doesn't change. All of them promised to make a note on their system to avoid more phone calls and SMS's, but no such luck. Pathetic customer service...!!
