Identity is useless!

Good day Once again I am complaining about The Truworths group, in particular Identity. I ordered online so I could beat the queue. I first called the store in Pinetown to check order number O*** and the guy at the store confirms the items are at the store. I then proceeded to the store. I stood in the queue only to be told to wait on the side while my parcel is being retrieved. 30 minutes pass and I ask the same guy what is going on and he asks me to wait again, only to find he is busy with the store's banking. I am highly irate because of lack of professionalism and care from the store. Wait, it gets worse! So I call ***and talk on the phone with a extremely rude lady that is more concerned about passing the buck then listening to me! I asked for her name after 11 minutes of talking nonsense and then she dropped the call even after i warned her i would be writing this review, she said i am welcome to do what ever i like. I am truly tired of dealing with this company as NO ONE KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE DOING! Your staff will be your biggest downfall for extremely rude and poor service. Well done again Identity/truworths for nothing AGAIN!
