I wouldn't recommend it to anyone no customer service at all

It is so unprofessional for such a huge company to act like this when they were demanding I pay off the account I did as they asked now they are lying that their people tried contacting me yet there's nothing on my side until now. I know they do have my phone number and my email but they are failing to send my letter to confirm that the account is fully paid up.
