I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING AT TRUWORTHS AGAIN!!!!

I hve bought a phone at truworths westgate on 28/03/2016 took phone back 2/04/2016. It was sent to mtn on the 04/04/2016 .I had to call for feedback on friday 08/04 the man at the cell phone department advised me by tuesday/wednesday they should get the phone back . Wednesday morning I had to call truworths for feedback the man by the name of Sibusiso is very Rude , He told me that i must wait till friday and when i advised i want this phone cancelled he advised he cant cancel , i informed him i will come to the store because im not happy he informed me to come in , when i got there he was not very helpful either we requested for his manager The Lady was helpful and understood that i was not happy with their service , the manager tried assisting us but the run around is from mtn, she asked that i please giver her sometime to sort this problem out for us and she will give me a call however today 15/04/ I recevied a call from another man at the store advising it should becoming this afternoon .I Received again a call just before 5pm advising the phone has not been sent back to them ,I must wait till Monday <br> 18/04. Im Really not happy with the sevices.I dnt want this phone any more
