I went to tembisa truworth a couple of time but I'm at a point where I so annoyed

I went to tembisa truworth a couple of time but I'm at a point where I so annoyed.yesterday I went to this store to change my son' shoes there was a long queue with only to cashiers in the store.I even left without doing what i went there for today again went there same story I hate wasting my time like this.Those people are clearly understaffed and are clearly not coping I don't know how a big company like truworth would want to do this to us customers.That store clearly needs to hire more stuff or close the shop there's really no need for it's existence if this continues people will probably boycott it il make sure of it
