I was at Truworths Man birch acres square and had an issue with with an online order,Thelma was very helpful and assisted me by calling the store where my order was picked from and updated me through out the process....i really appreciate her assistance,we need more of these rare individuals...Thanks to her i got the correct items I've ordered
