I was at truworths birchacres square, I was assisted by Bonolo, he was very rude, disrespectful, I think he is not suppose to be assisting customers, because as truworths you going to loose many customers, he was rude and told me that I'm sili, he didn't even greet me, I asked him why is so rude, he said I am also sili because I haven't greete him, I was shocked, hi attitude 😉 wow; after I paid he never apologized he instructed me to take a receipt from the machine, wow I never been disrespected like this since I shop in truworths, I need a formal apology from this boy, I escalated the matter to the store manager and she kindly assured that he will also have a word with him.hope to hear from you shortly.
