I was at Naartjie mall of the south To do an exchange for my daughter and the person who gifted me did not attach a gift receipt so the lady I met in store by the name of Sylvia went the extra mile and just asked me a few questions so that she can request a receipt for me by the store that they bought at she manage to get the receipt and I was able to do the exchange that was very nice of her I give her a high five for the great service she gave me . I’m delighted.
