I bought my phone in March 2016 Sony E4G with my well earned money. It started giving problems by freezing, cannot answer some calls and sometimes gets switched off by itself. Can you imagen my frustration as its still new.

I then took it to the store and the lady by the name of Lizelle took it in for repairs where i bought it MTN Truworth 4th of August was advised that it only takes 2 weeks. As patient as i am i waited 2 weeks. On the 22nd called the store spoke to the same ladies who once again said two weeks and then referred me to Zanele who said its two weeks to a month and she gave me call center numbers to make a follow up ********** 349.

I called them today its the 31 August, i spoke to the consultant who then advised me that the phone was only booked on the 21st a week ago, so now my patients it weiring off as i need my phone. I told Lizille who sounded confused, or suprised that i want my phone tomorrow or a refund.

By ten tomorrow i want a call from them to tell me that my phone is in at the store, if not i want my refund.
