I walked in to Truworths The Glen store very angry about an online order, they packed a damaged items from Lake side mall, I wanted to explode as i needed the item for a trip. I knew it was not The Glens fault but however i felt like it was the whole company’s problem. A young lady named Phumla really came to my rescue, she listened to me and found a way to assist by checking the items for me in the store…unfortunately the store didn’t have, she then checked for me where i can find them. Proceed a gift card for me so i can easy shop at any Truworths store. I was amazed on how she handled me… very professional, only to find out later that she was a manager. I will definitely come back to the store.Thank you cc u made my day.
