I visited Truworths Birch Acres Square where I was helped by the lovely Mahlatse. I wanted to return a side bag which I liked to buy for someone but she encouraged me to take it. 😁I took it together with another item. I love the fact that she went the extra mile to help me. I even got a voucher, which made me even happier. I am in love with her service, I will surely return to this store.
