I visited a truworths at Birch Acres Square

I visited a truworths at Birch Acres Square. Thelma and Zweli were so willing to listen to my quiry where i was trying to make a payment online and it didnt reflect for 2 months, it was stressing me. Hence, they took their time to explain and take me through their required document. I brought the documents back and they were welcoming with a smile once again. They reassured me that this issue will be resolved as soon as possible. Im delighted since i did not get assistance from a different store which i enquired in. Their service is exceptional. I will definitely come back in this store for shopping.☺️
