I regret shopping at Truworths

Horrible experience by Truworths Greenstone mall. I bought a dress online in May, on the 9th of June I got a text that it was ready for collection at Truworths greenstone and because I was not well I sent my husband to collect it for me. With him was the text I had received and my id but to my surprise he came back empty handed saying the shop advised that I must collect the dress myself🚮🤯. Today I went there to collect the, guess what I did not come back with it!! No one could locate it at some point someone said no that dress was “collected “🫠. When I wrote an email to complain, I got a response with no empathy stating that the online have no control with how stores manage orders !!!
