I reallt like Truworths but the service i received today makes me queation if i made the right decision by opening an account with them

Got approved online for an account, i went to collect the card and start shopping but then i was assaulted by an employee named Mbali all because she was asked to explain how vouchers work. she pushed me and called me names. I didn't even shop. She even said she knows even if i complain nothing will be done to her. If this is how Truworths treat their customers then sorry i won't be part of it, and am closing the account
