I placed an order online there was about 12 items that I had to collect at Truworths Randfontein. Im not happy about their service, when I was collecting my order, first the items come in different days individually and I understand they come from different shops, the stuff was irritated with the fact that i waited for the bulk of the items to come, asking why i didn't come to collect. Secondly, i have to que with people who are coming to buy and make payment, everytime i come to collect. They need to send me a notification only once every idea is delivered for me to come and collect. If I buy in the store I que once and get 12 items. I submitted a complaint and a month later. Not one contacted me, apart from acknowledging the complaint
