I paid for a dress over a month ago and got nothing. I want my dress.
I order a dress from Truworths online on 19 Feb and I still have not received it. When I enquired, I was told it was delivered and signed for by someone named Esther. I don't know any Esther. I have called numerous times I keep getting told the matter is being handed over to a manager. I called minutes ago and asked to speak to this manager and I was told he/she was in a meeting. I paid for a dress nearly a month ago and got nothing. I want my dress.

What Truworths is doing to me is really really unfair. I've been trying to get feedback from them with NO help none whatsoever. Everytime I'm told about some supervisor Robin who'll comeback to me cos she's slways in some meeting. Up until today I haven't been helped!!!!
