I hve ask Truworths for my balance statements

I hve ask Truworths for my balance statements .they deny to give me .and i was told they not allowed to give statement .there is something fishy they doing to customers.i told them i am not going to pay until i was given my balance statements.cause they said i am owing other shops of which i used their card i said no i only use my card at Truworths.
