I have placed an order on 4th of December via online order at Truworths

I have placed an order on 4th of December via online order at Truworths. And it stated there the delivery take 5 to 7 days but I have noticed that on order confirmation they said 5 to 7 working days meaning the following week Friday will the 6th day. I have been calling for help and sending WhatsApp messages no assistance. Now they are ignoring me on WhatsApp. All I wanted was to change the address or urge Truworths to deliver on Friday or tell me where can I collect the clothes as I am leaving Friday evening good to other province. And remember I started calling them on the 5th if December. They are not helpful at alll when it comes to online stores. I use online stores a lot they all care about customer needs and they are assist where they can unlike truworths. I Am very disappointed I didn’t expect this to a big store like Truworths.
