I had overpaid on my Truworths account and had informed the Truworths- Mall of the South branch. From the outset, the staff had been exceptionally helpful in trying to execute a credit on my account. I received a call this morning informing me that payment of R7000 reflected on my account. The staff informed me that they had accumulated the excess amount and will assist accordingly. However, when I get to the store it was a mission from the head office to release payment. An hour had expired when I was finally assisted only for the cash payment to be received from the store. I am absolutely over satisfied with the manner and patience that the staff had assisted me in this regard. Thank you the the staff at Truworths- MOTS.
