I had an account with them which is now in arrears, they did send a representative to me saying he is from them for collection, i've been deducted money from my account with ref as netcol but now i can't seem to track them down because truworths tells me my acc is being handled by MBD when i call MBD they say it was closed from their side and was given to other collection company but they don't know who, i tracked it via capitec as my bank and they told me the company is new day aedo and when i called them they told me MBD is the1 thats been debiting as that collection, i've been taken from pilla to post with no solution, these people deducted R450 for 4 months, i became suspicious when i noticed i have never gotten any invoice from them
