I had an account at Truworths i opened it on 2021 i only took shoes that worht 560 then i payed them 150 i never payed them again since i lost the job so my account was handed over to DMC i made i deal with them last year i fully payed the amount that w agreed on after they sent me a settlement letter to prove that i payed but now the thing is am struggling to open an account because my profile meaning Truworths hasnt removed me yet on credit berau whilst they got a letter that sd i payed the money
