I had a gift card that I discovered when I tried to use for purchases during the Black Friday sale at the Truworths stores and I was informed the the card had expired.A few of the stores were not able to assist and others were told by whatever department they were calling that there is no that that can be done since the card has expired. I went to Truworths Mall of the South and was assisted by the lovely Lindiwe Sive who was very friendly and professional. She was able to give me feedback on the progress of my query and saw to it that I get a favorable outcome. She was able to assist until my query was resolved and my gift card was re-issued with her help. Thank you Lindiwe for the best service offered and leadership I observed when dealing with your colleagues. I AM GRATEFUL....
