I got injury after I fell at truworths Carlton center in 2019 and nothing was done

It's 03H00 and I'm in pain and awake after I got an injury in June 2019 at truworths Carlton center, apparently there was a whole inside the shop and there was no indication like a yellow board written Hazzard or red and white tape I bumped into that whole and I fell. Two staff members lifted me up, I didn't know their names as they were not wearing their name tags. I reported to their staff members who were assisting me bt they couldn't take me seriously, I also don't know their names as they were not wearing name tags.

I went yo consult to the Dr, X-rays were done and I was referred to the physiothe****** for a week. The Dr who saw me told me that I will live with this pain for some years I need to have a way to handle it. It gt worse especially when it's cold I have to apply warm compressions now and then. This matter was reported to the store manager and an area manager, medical report was sent to him as per his request and nothing was done not even sent me to their medical Dr for assessment.

I can't let this thing go as I'm living with this back pain.
