I dont have a truwoths account!!
I today received an SMS to say that i am being handed over - but I don't even have an account with Truworths! I called your call centre and all you could say is that you are offline. How on earth can you be taken seriously.??? You seriously deserve the non payment response from the public !! I suspect that you have mixed up a reference with the account holder - but please - get a life an send out the correct information! No wonder no one takes you seriously if you cant get your own stuff sorted out!
