I do not have a Truworths account
Please explain why my credit report indicates that I have an account with truworths. I have never ever had an account with Truworths. Please explain.

At Truworths, we view account related ***** and irregular credit activity in a very serious light.
We have reviewed our records and established that following a listed account offer made to you in 2015, the account was activated on 11 November 2015. There was however no activities on this account and it was closed on the same day.
Following our telephonic conversation, we confirm that we have verified this with you and further informed you that an instruction will be sent to all credit bureaus to remove these details from your payment profile. We have further informed you of the requirements for a further investigation to be conducted in this regard.
We wish to convey our sincerest apologies for any inconvenience caused and trust that we were able to adequately attend to this matter for you.
