I chose in my application form that my credit limit should not be increased annually

I chose in my application form that my credit limit should not be increased annually. But Truworths, contrary to our agreement, took my credit limit from R 4 500 to R 6 500 without my consent or any verification of my affordability. This is *****ed and reckless. I’m left with no alternative but to close the account. I’m deeply disappointed in Truworths for the dishonest way in which they have dealt with my account so far. Totally *****ed.
