I CANNOT SETTLE MY ACCOUNT
I HAD AN ACCOUNT WITH TRUWORTHS STORES WHEN I WAS STILL A STUDENT IN 2011, DUE TO FINANCIAL PROBLEMS I STRUGGLED TO PAAY THAT ACCOUNT, THEY TOOK ME TO THEIR LAWYERS BUT WHEN I WENT TO THE STORES IN NOVEMBER 2015 TO SETTLE THE ACCOUNT THEY TOLD ME THAT THEIR ACCOUNT IS NO LONGER WITH THEM, THEY GAVE TO THEIR LAWYERS, SOMEONE FROM THEIR HEAD OFFICE GAVE THE LAWYERS NUMBER BUT WHEN I CALLED THE NUMBER OF THEIR LAWYERS WHICH IS (MBD CREDIT SOLUTIONS) THEY WERE NOT GIVING ME A STRAIGHT ANSWER WHERE CAN I PAY THE ACCOUNT AND I AM STRUGGLING WITH THIS ACCOUNT BECAUSE IT BLOCKS ME EVERYWHERE I NEED TO OPEN AN ACCOUNT, I HAVE MONEY AND WILLING TO SETTLE THIS ACCOUNT BUT I DONT KNOW WHERE TO PAY IT. IT IS AN AMOUNT OF R1300,MY TRUWORTHS ACCOUNT NUMBER IS***......PLEASE HELP ME
