I called and emailed the call center and the feedback was that it's been escalated and it remains that the vouchers expired.

Recently opened an account. I was suppose to recieve vouchers to the value of R1000 as widely advertised. I was not told when they would become availablem now told that the vouchers have all expired. How is it possible if no-one has ever brought it to my attention.
