I bought bras at thruworths on the 26th of July 2025 it was 2 but price of 1 ,black n pink i used black them on the 16th of August I wanted to wear the other 1 to find that is torn the belt then I went to Menlyn to refund unfortunately I forgot the plastic but I told them they said I can go to any thruworths.on the 24th I went to Jane furse they said because I do t have receipt I cannot refund I then I will send email to Customer service,I did dat they said I could not refund without receipt of which I used account that can be retrieved and quality issue is not my problem at all .I was working at woolies any quality issue returns is treated with dignity due to not bin consumer fault but the store fault.
