I am so shocked by the bulling and abuse i receieved @ Truworths

I had a shocking experience at Truworths Westgate. After completing my husband’s account verification online, we were told to repeat it in-store — which was fine — but the cashier’s behavior was unacceptable.

She became defensive when I asked a simple question, ignored me, made side remarks to a colleague, and spoke only to my husband while disregarding me completely. It was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional.

If Truworths staff are not trained in customer service or are struggling personally, they should not be in frontline roles where they frustrate customers. I expect **Head Office to investigate this incident and confirm whether staff receive professionalism and service-etiquette training.**
