I am just not unders...

I am just not understanding why Truworths stores requires an Identity document for online collection I mean I paid without any of this information being required ,I have my order number and sms confirmation with me,why the requirement of my Identity book ? Who carries that with them ,some of us we don’t even see our identity book for years I just feel the process is really not realistic
