I am extremely 😞☹️

I'm extremely disappointed with my recent purchase from Truworths. I bought a pair of boots on June 6th, 2025, expecting high quality given the brand's reputation. However, after wearing them for just a few days, I noticed the soles are weak and punctured easily when walking. To my surprise, they're already broken from the inside. Considering I purchased them just last month for R899, which I thought was a fair price for quality, I'm shocked by the poor craftsmanship. I'm not sure what to do now - should I return them or seek a replacement?
