I am done

I always shop at Truworths in Clearwater and I always have to have a problem with management in this store. I could receive the best service on the sales floors from all the helpful consults which is what keeps me going back to the store but its always the store manager that ruins my shopping experience. I have noticed that the woman can not speak to her staff members. How can you as a leader be so loud to your staff,busy shouting and making unnecessary noise on the floor in front of us. On two occasions I have seen staff members having tears in their eyes and you can actually see that they are sick but they try to keep a brave face,honestly how can you let that happen in your store. Is she aware without the staff members the store is nothing. I need your head office to fix this if you want this store to continue having loyal customers like myself.
