Hurt and Stressed customer

I am very hurt and depressed by how Truworths is treating us as customers, firstly they tell you if you have finacial challenges you must contact them and make arrangements but that's a total lie, your being forced into unearthical arrangements, their consultants are rude and personal as if we share their salaries with them or our account are being payed by them, i know i have an account that obligated to pay and honoured to have it but the treatment i am enduring every month from is no longer acceptable, my installment is R1120 and currently paying R500 not because i afford at this but because i have an obligation towards my account i have pleaded with all the consultants to reduce and take away and buying power i have until i finish my account but no to them your like a money making machine that is expected to be having a well and wealthy life without challenges, i know and understand what i owe but being treated like is unacceptable, every phone every day for the whole month it is being charged at R20 per call and times that with 31 days equals to R620 just for calls and it means the R500 in this difficult times get squashed by telephone charges only, i am not in agreement with this treatment, truworths are vultures praying on vulnerable citizens, even our government is giving us R350 which is not a living grant but still i am pushing to pay R500 which is regarded as nothing by truworths i regret why i opened this account.
