MY INSTALMENT LAST YEAR SEPTEMBER WAS R1280.00 ON WITCH I DECIDED TO ONLY PAY R600.00 DUE TO MY CHILD'S MATRIC FAREWELL. I WAS PREPARED TO PAY THEM R1900.00 END OF OCTOBER 2015.<br> BUT THEY STARTED PHONING ME FROM THE 3RD OF OCTOBER THAT I AM IN AREAS -R1850.00. THE MORE I TOLD THEM I WILL PAY YOU THE MORE THEY PHONED. THEY EVEN PHONED ME AT 7 IN THE EVENING. THEY SENT 2 SM'S PER DAY ARREARS REMINDERS. I TOLD THEM BY THE END OF OCTOBER THAT DUE TO THIS VERY BAD MANNER OF DEBT COLLECTING I WILL PAY THEM AS I PLEASE..... PLEASE DO ME A FAVOR.... GO CHECK WHO YOU MUST HURASE FOR MONEY... KNOW YOUR CLIENTS. FOR YOU BEING SUCH A BIG STORE WORLD WIDE THIS IS THE BADDEST MOST UNPROFESSIONAL WAY OF COLLECTING DEBT. I REFUSE TO PAY YOUR PHONE BILL I WILL WORK OUT MY TOTAL DEBT MYSELF AND REFUSE TO PAY YOU ONE CENT INTEREST CHARGED ON THIS ACCOUNT.... AND IF YOU DO ILL PAY YOU AS I PLEASE FOR THE REST OF MY LIFE..... THIS SUCC..... YOU ARE THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY I HAVE EVER SEEN..... ILL NEVER BUY ON MY TRUWORTHS ACCOUNT CARD EVER AGAIN...... I BELIEVE I AM ONE OF YOUR MORE FREQUENT PAYING CUSTOMERS
We acknowledge your frustration regarding communication about the status of your account. However, when customers do not meet their payment commitments, various means of correspondence are communicated which serves as a reminder of the importance of bringing your account up to date with payment and to remind you that your credit worthiness will be negatively affected.
According to our records no payment arrangement has been noted on your account since it went into arrears in October 2015 and for this reason, further calls were generated to allow you the opportunity to make payment arrangements if you are unable to meet your payment commitments.
We regret that these forms of communication were not received in the manner in which it was intended; or if you felt that our collections process was in any way offensive and not handled correctly.
We kindly urge you to bring your account up to date with payment so that you may once again enjoy all the benefits of being an account holder.
Should you require any further assistance in, please feel free to contact us on 021- *** or email *** and we will gladly assist.
Kind regards,
Lynn
