How I left R860 at a Truworths
Long story short, So I buy for R860 & get charged double. So like any reasonable person I go back & ask for help the manager, a lady, was rude stating she couldn't help me I'd need to come back with a receipt which I agreed to and came back later. Then I left and came back to get it then when I go back, give her the receipt and ask her when she will be able to fix the mistake then she goes of on a tangent about how she must investigate the charge then I ask her why she didn't tell me that from the get go instead of giving me false hope that this could be resolved and she starts shouting at me hard.

I try calm her down and she gets louder so I ended up leaving R860 rands of my hard earned money at a Truworths. Now I do know why I didn't just go elsewhere...
