HOW HEARTLESS CAN YOU BE DURING THIS UNCERTAIN TIMES

To whom it may conern,

I am sooooo dissapoited in Truworths!!!!!! We are going through a pandemic for christ sake!!!!!!!! When the lock down started most people were not earning a salary, we get back to work but are on short time!!!! I have have been paying my account every month on time, my full installment sometimes more but could not since the lockdown started, Last month I made an effort an paid a R200 and still Truworths hands me over to MBD debt collectors. WHAT THE HELL!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Why can other retail stores be so understanding during this uncertain times but NOT TRUWORTHS?????????????/ I even sent an email to Truwoths on the 14th May to explain my situation and ask to make an arrangement to have only a percentage paid as i could not pay my full installments at the moment but up until today no one has responded to my email!!!! WHAT KIND OF SERVICE IS THIS??????????????? I will not be paying my account through MBD I will continue to pay it in store... Somone from Truworths needs to call me and arrange this.. I cant believe this really a loyal customer who had not skipped any payments until the pandemic and this is what we get??????????
