How do you confuse grey with lake blue blah blah

Truworths/office london, please collect the wrong colour shoes that you sent me via courier. I have tried phoning your customer care at my cost but they require verification info I do not recall - I am too old. I have totally wasted a day waiting for the wrong colour shoes - which is amazing because the person who packed them must be colour blind and unable to read - because how does one confuse "grey" with "lake blue parisian night". Or was it a matter of we just dont care , she has to accept whatever we send?
